- The 7 Tableau Columns: The main playfield consists of 7 columns holding descending piles. Tableau cards are built down in alternating color sequences (e.g., a Black 8 can only be placed on a Red 9).
- Moving Sequences: You can move individual face-up cards or entire ordered cascades of cards between tableau columns.
- Revealing Face-Down Cards: Whenever the top face-up card of a tableau column is moved away, the hidden card beneath it is flipped face-up.
- Empty Column Slots: When a tableau column is completely cleared, only a King (or an alternating stack headed by a King) can occupy that vacant space.
- The Stock & Waste Piles: Cards not dealt onto the initial tableau form the draw stock. Tap the stock deck to deal cards into the waste pile. You can cycle through the stock whenever needed.

Prioritize Hidden Cards First
Always prioritize moves that flip over face-down tableau cards. Uncovering hidden cards unlocks critical mobility and reveals valuable Aces and low-rank cards.
Do Not Empty Columns Without a King
Avoid emptying a tableau column unless you already have a King ready to fill that empty space. A vacant space without a King is wasted real estate.
Transfer Aces to Foundations Immediately
Aces and Twos should be moved to the foundation piles without hesitation, as they cannot hold any other cards in the tableau.
Balance Both Colors
When deciding between multiple King placements or tableau choices, balance the available red and black suits to ensure you maintain pathways for both color chains.
